My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My, my, my is Hooch one sweet boy and it's hard to believe he ended up in a shelter unclaimed! This tiny boy is so sweet and affectionate he could almost be addicting!

Hooch is almost definitely a Doxie/Yorkie mix with his size, coloration, and personality. He is only about eight pounds and is just about as big as he's going to get at around eight months old. He enjoys the company of other dogs his size and slightly larger, and though we have not had him with large dogs, he does not seem to be affected by them when they are near. As for cats, Hooch can take them or leave them, so cats are good too. Due to his size, he would be best in a family with children that are at least 12 years old, if there are children at all. He is playful and loving, but needs people that will look out for him too.

Hooch is great on walks, but tiny enough to think you wouldn't mind carrying him for part of the walk too. He LOVES lap and cuddle time, and just wants to be loved and be with his people. He is absolutely wonderful in a crate for travel and all through the night as well, and appears to be housebroken.
