Sammi is a beautiful, intelligent, sweet girl. Only 15 blbs, and 15 weeks old, Sammi was rescued from a back-yard breeder who was going to destroy her because she was deaf. Sammi is learning hand signals very quickly, she is food motivated and eager to please. Did you know? Often dogs who are deaf are calmer and quieter since noises can't effect them. We would like for her to have another dog as a comapnion, someone to follow, but it's not necessary. We will provide a book on teaching a deaf dog, which our foster is using very successfully.
