Here's what the humans have to say about me:
A petite purebred Golden of 43 pounds, Goldilocks is a loving and gentle one-year-old, and will spend quiet time at your feet. She loves property romps and stays very close to our foster pack.
Save a spot in bed for her to be close to you – her highest priority in life, other than snarfing down awesome treats, is to be a best buddy to you.
It did not take her long to raid the doggie toy box looking for that special squeaky toy. Goldilocks says, “Life is great here in Colorado! I play and play and play with most foster siblings, particularly if it involves sharing a squeaky snake.
I am a really good girl, too, and can be trusted to be alone. Although I get excited over the prospect of a walk, I am quite settled and not spaz like one of my foster brothers. I am not a spooked by machines or other noises.
And I am curious…I have to check things out whether it is on land or in the water of a pond. I want to share life with you whether it be sitting with you in a big comfy chair while you read or munch grass next to you while you garden or sack out under your desk while you work.
Having been on her own as a stray, Goldilocks needs some training. She has learned to SIT for a treat despite all the excitement of being presented with such a coveted morsel. As she was sick at first, her spay has been postponed until she is fully recovered. Her adoptive family will be assisted in coordinating that procedure.
Although she enjoys playtime with other dogs, she is first and foremost glued to her human for love and companionship. Scratches are always a high priority.
