Luna's Story...
This is Luna, she is a pretty little 6-7 month old tuxedo cat. Luna was found hanging outside a local convenience store and am told she would greet people coming in and out and would meow to them. Luna is a happy little girl. She is adjusting to the shelter although sometimes she seems a little intimidated by all the other cats in the cat room. Could be because she is still so young and has never been in closed quarters with so many cats. However every time I go back to the shelter, she adjusts even more. She is very outgoing and sweet. Very friendly and LOVES attention. Loves to be picked up and petted. She would make any family a wonderful companion. She is a cute little petite thing, too!! Check out her short video. Please come and meet her and take her home!!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luna, a Marseilles Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Marseilles, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Marseilles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marseilles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marseilles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marseilles paves the way for another one to be saved.
