NightHauk's Story...
BREED RESCUE ADOPTION - GREAT FAMILY DOG -NightHauk's mom owner died, and his dad then left and stayed elsewhere leaving NightHauk on the porch just waiting. Kindly neighbors finally reported his plight to rescuers. He loves children, is a very mild dog, retrieves a ball and likes everyone. Plays well with all other dogs, even little ones or puppies. House and crate trained, rides well in the car, eager to go with you. Very well mannered and good on a leash, tall and lanky with that flat-coated retriever look. Very sweet dog, he would love to have some kids of his own, or an owner who likes a great companion dog. Pre-adoption application, shelter adoption agreement and adoption fee apply, shown by appt. Why Adoption is a Great Option

NightHauk, a Cantrall German Shepherd Dog/Flat-Coated Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Flat-Coated Retriever for sale in Cantrall, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Flat-Coated Retriever dog from a breeder in Cantrall.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cantrall already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cantrall breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Flat-Coated Retriever breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Flat-Coated Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cantrall paves the way for another one to be saved.
