Firefly- Adopted!!'s Story...
Firefly came to us from Jackson County Animal Control on July 2nd, 2012. She's a wonderful girl and we are still wondering how anyone could let her get away! Our vet estimated she is between 3 and 6 years old. She is happy, healthy and full of love. Our cat, dogs and kids just adore her. She knows a lot of fun tricks and has GREAT leash manners.

She is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, licensed in Jackson County, free of heart worm an on preventative, free of fleas, ticks, intestinal parasites and on prevetative. Her adoption fee is $200.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Firefly- Adopted!!, a Jackson Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Jackson, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Jackson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jackson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jackson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jackson paves the way for another one to be saved.
