Hi. My name is Yevgueny, but my foster family calls me "Catman". I was born in my foster family's backyard. They rescued me when I was 3 months old. I was starving and had an injured paw. They took me inside and helped me. I was shy at first but am warming up to them. I love to run around and play. I also like cuddling next to them on the couch. As much as they love me they must find a new home for me because of allergies. DOB-Early April 2012

(I have been around kids. My foster mom says that I do really well once I'm comfortable in my surroundings, so as long as you introduce us properly I would probably do well with dogs and cats as well)

Happy Strays Rescue is a non-profit rescue organization that cares for stray, abandoned and orphaned cats and kittens. Our rescues are often just babies who require bottlefeeding and hand rearing. Our cats and kittens are cared for in a network of wonderful foster homes while they wait for adoption.
We currently have many many cats and kittens ready for adoption! Because we do not have a shelter and our cats reside in foster homes they are only available to be seen at our adoption Saturdays. If there is a cat you would like to meet, please let us know so that we can make sure the kitty is at our next evemt.
Our cats are available for adoption every Saturday from 11 am-3:30 pm at the PETCOs in La Canada and Santa Clarita. Please see our website for details and directions.
Our fees are $100 and include spay/neuter, testing for Felv/FIV and all vaccinations. We have an adoption questionaire and contract to be signed. We do not allow de-clawing, but we often rescue declawed cats and have them available for adoption. If the adoption is not a good fit for the cat or family, pets may always be returned to us.
