My name is ELISE!

Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) Dog for adoption in Melbourne, Florida - ELISE

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

ELISE's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

ELISE's Story...
ELISE is a small toy poodle who came from a puppy mill raid, and that experience has left her very wary of humans. She is about 6 years old and weighs only 5 lbs.

ELISE is very sweet, but extremely timid and afraid of people. She needs someone who has a lot of patience, and can spend time holding her and teaching her that humans can give her lots of love. It is probably best if there aren't any small children that might frighten her, but another small dog may be a good thing.

ELISE is being fostered in BREVARD county. To learn more about adopting her, go to http://www.coastalpoodlerescue.org/poodles/poodledetail.cfm?DogID=1589

Can't adopt right now? Consider becoming a foster home for a rescue dog; it's temporary, but very fulfilling and your only cost is their food! Fill out a volunteer application from our website at www.coastalpoodlerescue.org

APPLICATIONS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY FROM FULL/PART-TIME RESIDENTS OF FLORIDA AS A HOME VISIT IS REQUIRED; NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN FLORIDA, PLEASE LOOK FOR RESCUE GROUPS IN YOUR HOME STATE. WE APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

ELISE, a Melbourne Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) for sale in Melbourne, or seeking a Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) dog from a breeder in Melbourne.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Melbourne already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Melbourne breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) breeders who help with Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Melbourne paves the way for another one to be saved.
