Hercules's Story...
HERCULES male DOB 5-23-12 black/white DSH
Hi, My name is Hercules. I am a very inquisitive, energetic kitten, but I also love being cuddled. I'm the biggest of four siblings, Shakira, Victor and Jasper and I am very brave and strong, which is why I got my heroic name. Please give me a forever home. I get along with other cats and dogs, and I love people. I have been microchipped, neutered, had my rabies and distemper shots, and I have tested negative for feline leukemia and feline FIV.
You can call Sandra, 202-302-4264, or Carol, 410-495-7839, if you would like to adopt me

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hercules, a Port Republic Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Port Republic, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Port Republic.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Port Republic already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Port Republic breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Port Republic paves the way for another one to be saved.
