Cisco is a shy but silly little chihuahua mix who will make you laugh when he cocks his head watching you. He also has a comical way of curling around your feet when he's trying to get close and he loves to play. He holds back at first meeting because he's so shy but once he's sure your safe, he loves to cuddle and will curl up around your neck.
