Well hello there, Stella’s my name and finding a new family is my game! I’m a great gal, part Mastiff, but probably not fully as I’m pretty small as far as Mastiffs go. I’m about a year old now so I will still fill out some but right now I’m about 80 pounds of love.I adore people but I can be a bit shy at first - when my foster mom is there I warm up to people really quickly though. I get along with all dogs (big and small) and cats too…although if those cats run I WILL chase them!!! Don’t tell the cats, but I just want to chase, not to hurt them, they’re fun to bug! My foster mom said I should also mention that I don’t eat “kitty almond roca” out of the litter box, which she seems to think is pretty fantastic. Please don’t leave me alone in the car, even for just a moment…I get really worked up and will chew things up I shouldn’t…I’m getting better, something to be worked on, but right now I really don’t like it at all. I will stay home in the house no problem though, just don’t leave any food ANYWHERE where I may be able to reach it…or please do, I like human snacks!!! My forever home should probably be with older kids only because I don’t really know my own size and I could knock little people over if they’re not paying attention. With guidance I will get better with this but for now, my foster mom calls me a bit clumsy. I shed and I drool, hey, I am MASTIFF, hear me roar!! I also come with a very chillaxed personality. I like to run and romp and my recall is pretty good, but I’m still a baby, I’m learning…”manners” is a big one for me right now. I’m great in the bathtub too, another bonus, I’m told. My forever family should be ready to invest some time and money into training for me so I can continue to blossom into the great dog I’m supposed to be. And although I’m pretty casual, I’m happiest when I’m tired, so no couch potatoes please!
