Rolly's Story...
Rolly- Border Collie/ Retriever

Rolly was found in a high kill shelter at the tender age of 10-12 weeks, the beginning of June. Rolly was there with his 4 siblings, all scared little babies. They have been in a foster home now, growing and playing with his brothers and sisters. We think they'll grow up to be medium sized dogs, sure to be a wonderful member of your family.

His adoption fee is $275 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rolly, a Germantown Border Collie/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Labrador Retriever for sale in Germantown, or seeking a Border Collie/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Germantown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Germantown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Germantown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Border Collie/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Germantown paves the way for another one to be saved.
