Chloe's Story...
Chloe is a sweet one year old female terrier mix rescued from a local animal shelter. We believe she is a combination of Wheaton Terrier and Schnauzer. She is energetic and loves to play with her toys. She is still a puppy and will require some training but she is pretty much house trained. Chloe would love a child to play with and lots of room to run. She has been completely health checked and has been spayed, had all appropriate shots, including rabies. She has tested negative for heartworm and is on heartworm preventative. Chloe has also been micro chipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chloe, a McLoud Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Schnauzer (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in McLoud, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Schnauzer (Miniature) dog from a breeder in McLoud.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in McLoud already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a McLoud breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in McLoud paves the way for another one to be saved.
