Gracie - Pennies kitten's Story...
Sweet Gracie was dumped by some heartless person but lucky for her a nice person found her and bought her into the Chews Landing Animal Hospital. There she was treated for Herpes infection in her eyes but it may be to late her vision is minimal to blind. She was seen by an ophthalmologist and is on medication for the Herpes virus affecting her eyes.
This little girl continues to be loving and playful not knowing she is different. We are looking for a loving home to take care of and love this special girl. Gracie is only 13-14 weeks old and when it's time her spay will be paid for by pay it paward from Chews Landing Vet Hospital.
If you can find it in your heart to adopt precious little girl I am sure she will give you all the cuddly love she can.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gracie - Pennies kitten, a Medford Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Medford, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Medford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Medford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Medford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Medford paves the way for another one to be saved.
