My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Snickers is one of the puppies born to Olive, a black & tan dachshund just days after she was picked up as a severely ill stray.

Snickers was a bottle baby his first week of life (because of his mother's precarious health and many mammary tumors) but he then was looked after by a chihuahua momma who welcomed Olive's babies like her own.

Snickers is all boy. He loves to play hard, loves playing with toys and chasing them. He also enjoys the occasional play in the water bowl splashing water all over with his front paws. He has short doxie legs, a long chubby body and long ears. Snickers is also the most vocal of the puppies. At 10 weeks Snickers weighed 5 lbs. Snickers also loves people and loves to cuddle and he makes the cutest little cooing puppy noises when he cuddles close to you.

Snickers has been neutered and micro chipped and he is current on his vaccinations.

Ideal Applicants need the following qualifications:
Someone at home most of the day or able to come home at lunchtime;' homemakers and folks who work from home would be ideal.
Another small dog for play and companionship.
A very secure indoor place for the puppy to be when no one is at home.
Applicants must be between 21 and 65 years of age.
No children under 8 years old in the home.
