Caesar B's Story...
Caesar is a black DSH neutered male born in April 2012. I'm a fun, playful boy hoping to find a very loving forever home. I am confident and very playful I LOVE my nerf cat balls! I am being fostered in a home with other cats. If interested in more information or adopting, Please fill out our questionnaire http://www.rivercitycatrescue.org/information-questionnaire/
We are a rescue group formed in 2007. Our primary purpose is trap/neuter/release in feral colonies. After the surgeries, we find that some cats are not feral. We keep those cats and kittens found before the age of 8 weeks at our foster homes. We will also take in other cats from different situations as we have room.
Our mission is to spay and neuter as many animals as possible by providing low cost spay and neuter programs. Educate people about animal over population and the benefits of spaying and neutering. Advocate in favor of non-lethal methods for the reduction of feral cat populations. Rescue animals in peril and provide them with veterinary and foster care until they are adopted into loving homes.
Come Meet Our Pets...
Adoption events are held on Saturdays and Sundays from 11-4:00 at Petco on Greenback and Auburn, close to I-80 in Citrus Heights CA
Our Adoption Process...
Before adoption, all of our cats/kittens are Felv/Fiv tested, spayed/neutered, microchiped, vaccinated , dewormed and treated for fleas. We have a questionnaire to complete first, then a contract if a good match is found.
