Max's adoption fee is $350.

Hi everyone – I’m Max! I’m about 4 years old and weigh about 13 pounds. I am the most handsome and well behaved little guy – at least me and my foster mom think so! I’ve got gorgeous sleepy eyes, and am a really calm and laid back little fellow. I’ve been neutered, brought up to date on vaccines and now have a micro chip too. My coat’s a little thin, and I’m best kept on a grain-free diet to help my skin.

I just love all people – my tail starts wagging whenever I meet anyone, and I bark a bit just from the excitement. I’m good with other dogs (we don’t know about cats) – I have a young play buddy in my foster home and we have lots of fun together. I am house trained, but could have an accident if you leave me too long, and it may take me a couple of days to figure things out in a new home. I sleep on a doggy bed at night, and I just love to be petted and scratched. I’m not a big barker either; I’ll let you know if someone is at the door though, and I might bark for a minute or so when you go out and leave me behind. I’m looking for my forever home, and I can sure give you “Max”imum love and companionship.
