Lilli's Story...
Hi there. My name is Lilli and I would for you to take me home. A few weeks ago I was found with my kittens in a boat yard. I had been dumped there by my previous family, but I can't figure out why. I am the most gentle, loving, and kind cat. In fact, after my own kittens were weaned from me I served as a surrogate mom to an orphaned kitten and the volunteers at VPAS said that I was the best surrogate mom they had ever seen. Now that all of my kittens have grown up, I have bee spayed and am now ready to find my forever home. I get along well with other cats and with children, but I don't have any experience with dogs thus far. If you would like to meet me please come to PetSmart for a visit.

**Please note that Lilli is currently at PetSmart in Landford (Millstream Road) for adoption. If you would like to visit her please visit her there. **

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilli, a Saanichton Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Saanichton, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Saanichton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Saanichton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Saanichton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Saanichton paves the way for another one to be saved.
