Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dare
Est. DOB: March 30, 2012
Description: DSH Black
Gender: Female
Adoption Fee: $100.00
Just like the small Eastern NC county for which she's named, Dare is a tiny girl but super beautiful! And don't let her petite size fool you -- she's little, but she's FULL of love and fun! She's a busy, playful kitten who is full of energy and fun! Dare loves ANY toy -- the track ball, the laser light, a noisy ball, a fuzzy mouse -- she's not picky, she just wants to PLAY (and she would prefer having someone to play with -- she LOVES to hunt the "cover monster"). When Dare has played herself out, however, she will seek out her foster mom so she can snuggle up for some love and kisses (she even kisses back!), and at night Dare sleeps cuddled up in her foster mom's neck (she is such a sweet cuddle-bug once she's worn herself out playing)! Dare is extremely dog-friendly and loves to play with the four black labs (dogs) in her foster home and has even been known to snuggle up and nap with them when her foster family is too busy to offer up a warm lap. She's the perfect combination of playful kitten and snuggle-bug and can't wait to find her forever home!
The “Eastern North Carolina kittens” were born to a feral mom and living under a trailer. The mama cat has been TNR’d.
Fully vetted: treated for fleas, ear mites, and intestinal parasites, tested for FeLV/FIV (negative unless otherwise noted), spayed/neutered, up to date on all vaccinations (including FVRCP+FeLV [initial vaccination and booster] and rabies), and microchipped with Home Again microchips with shelter paid registration.
