THIS IS MAESTRO.....and he does want to be the leader of the band....or at least first in line for love and kisses! This black/brown, 3 yr old, 14 lb, Shih Tzu/Lhasa? mix came to us from the Riverside Shelter....and they thought HE was a SHE and named her Mahogany! They really didn't look close enough...he's all boy! He loves to give you kisses until the cows come home, and cuddles endlessly. He plays with his toys and with other dogs... and especially loves his roommate Enzo! While he likes to be first to be with you, he is not a dominant dog or aggressive in the least. He really needs to have another dog in the household that he can buddy up with -- male or female. He is active, so a sedate life would not be the one for him.....although he does know to settle down and just spoon! He even seems to be potty trained, but no guarantees!! Kids over 8 yrs old and a loving family would suit this doll just fine. Does this sound like a pupster you could make part of YOUR family?

First Sunday of the month, we hold our adoption events at The Healthy Spot West Hollywood (8525 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, 90069) from 11am-3pm. Most every other Sunday, unless we are doing a special event, we are at My Pet Naturally (12001 W. Pico Blvd., West LA 90064) from 10:30a-3pm. You can see this, and many more, adorable pups at this weekly event! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!!!
