My name is Pippa!

Weimaraner/Labrador Retriever Mix Dog for adoption in Plainfield, Illinois - Pippa

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Pippa's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Pippa's Story...
Pippa is a gorgeous mixed breed girl weighing about 33lbs at 11months of age. She does very well with other dogs but has mixed feelings about the cats. She seems scared of them. She loves to play with her toys and enjoys quiet time chewing on a bone. Her best characteristic is that she LOVES to watch tv. She is housebroken. Pippa would make a great family pet.
Pippa has been seen by a vet and deamed healthy to his/her knowledge and is current on all vaccines, has been microchipped and altered.
An adoption application is required via email prior to meeting any Hope 4 Paws dog in its foster home. In most cases, breeds stated in the posting are merely our best educated guess as we do not know the history of many dogs that come into the rescue.

The adoption application is available at www.hope4paws.com.
The application can be emailed to Molly at hallamart@sbcglobal.net
The adoption fee of $275 covers all vetting expenses.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pippa, a Plainfield Weimaraner/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Weimaraner/Labrador Retriever for sale in Plainfield, or seeking a Weimaraner/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Plainfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plainfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plainfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Weimaraner/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Weimaraner/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plainfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
