My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mack is a friendly, affectionate and loving cat. Mack is interested in people and enjoys being given lots of attention; he'd be happiest with a hands-on, engaged person. He sleeps with his foster caregiver most nights. This gorgeous classic tabby is also energetic and playful; he's too enthusiastic about life to be a lap cat, but he's definitely a people cat. Mack is slightly special needs because he needs all wet food. While wet food is much healthier for cats than dry food (dry kibble is completely unnatural for them), in Mack's case it is even more important due to urinary blockages he had while eating a mixture of wet and dry food. Mack has been completely healthy on all wet food which keeps him properly hydrated. If you are already aware of the importance of wet food, feeding all wet should be seamless. (We suspect he'd also do well on a raw or semi-raw diet, but we know he must stay away from dry food). Mack is on the larger size, about 12 pounds of muscle and is in great shape. He is great to hug! Born around 5/1/08, Mack will make a wonderful life companion.
