My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Origin : Owner Surrender
Rescued : 7/10/12
Personality: Sweet, Loving Soul
Age : 4 years
Weight: 17 lbs.
Gender: Male
Color: Fawn
Altered: Yes
Medical Conditions: Grade 4 Luxated Patella, right knee

This is a pug with a pure sweet soul. He was left in a yard, half starved, covered in fleas. We are happy he was surrendered to our care. Galley has a knee cap that does not sit where its supposed to. Over time, his body has adapted to this condition. We sought the advise of two orthopedic surgeons and both concurred that corrective surgery may not help. His muscles and bones have corrected themselves to compensate for the kneee. He gets around fine just will not require long walks. He is one of the sweetest pugs we have ever met. His foster mom adores his good nature and is always ready with tail waggin’ eager to please. She recently took him camping and what a trooper. We are happy he is having so much fun but he does need a forever home. He is potty trained, great with other dogs, cats, kids and doesnt mind the chickens. If Galley sounds like the pug for you to love, let us know – we sure love him!
