Tia's Story...
Tia is a very lovable little girl, she is very interested in looking around and investigating. Tia is a scared girl, she needs to be in a home where she is the only pet. She does not need alot of excitment, meaning not alot of people running to cuddle her and pick her up, she is terrified of that. NO DOG PARKS. Tia would do best in a home that is quiet. She is ok for going for walks as long as there are no other dogs around. Tia has a very distinct look, one ear up and one ear down, she is adorable. Tia is microchipped, spayed and UTD on shots, now we just need to find her a home that she can call her own. Tia was a stray when brought into the shelter, as soon as we saw her we couldn't help but fall in love with her. we had to get her out. Tia is a beautiful girl with alot of love we just need to find the right fit for her

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tia, a Vancouver Chihuahua/Dachshund puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Dachshund for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Chihuahua/Dachshund puppy from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Dachshund breeders who help with Chihuahua/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
