Update August 19th
Hogan is a very alert, active pup. He is full of energy and could play all day long! He loves his kiddie pool and wrestles playfully with his foster sister Summer. He wants to please and follows commands- for example, when I say "crate", he follows me straight to his crate and gets in without a fuss. He sleeps through the night, and has not had any accidents in the house. His ears are trying so hard to stand up but teething takes a lot of out of them but they should be up in no time.

If you have been following the saga of Nadine and Nadia you will notice there have been a lot of changes. Nadia is now Hogan. Somehow a lot of people were fooled into thinking this little pup was a female. Not so. This 10 to 11 week-old little guy, as of Aug 1, 2012, is very sweet and trusting. He is very curious and learning a lot of new things. He enjoys his squeaky toys and chew bones. He loves to have his belly rubbed and he enjoys cooling off in his wading pool and of course he loves his mom, Nadine. The two of them are very attached as you can imagine, having survived the kind of neglect they were subjected to. Luckily, they are very resilient and we suspect they will recover fully.

Hogan’s hair is growing in nicely and his eyes are cleared up. He is getting stronger and developing good muscle tone. He should be ready to adopt after getting neutered and micro-chipped, apply soon for this cutie!
