Priscilla's Story...
Priscilla is a female Calico, black and orange with brilliant splashes of white.

She was born in early March 2012, so she's still a youngster. With her medium length coat and beautiful markings, this girl is a beauty queen in every way.

And it doesn't stop with good looks - Priscilla is sweet, gentle and loving beyond words. She's an amazing kitten who will melt into your neck and cuddle, purr and make you smile from ear to ear.

Her previous family has small children who weren't very gentle with her and her feline step sibling June, so mom thought it best to let them find a new home to make life easier on them.

Priscilla and June are not siblings but did grow up together in that same home. Both kittens are incredibly loving and cute as can be.

Time spent holding either one of these kittens will reduce your stress in a nanosecond and make you want to take one, or even both, home. Bring your carrier when you visit - you'll want to start loving them right away!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Priscilla, a Coronado Calico cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Calico for sale in Coronado, or seeking a Calico cat from a breeder in Coronado.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Coronado already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Coronado breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Calico breeders who help with Calico rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Coronado paves the way for another one to be saved.
