Daisy is just the sweetest most gentle dog you could meet. THis girls life started off sad. She lived in a toolshed with her brother for 6 yrs. Since in our foster she has blossomed and holds her tail out and wags proudly. She loves to go for walks and be with people and get lavished with love. If you can show her the love and comfort she deserves please fill out an application at www.asaprescue.org Please save to computer before attaching and sending it back Dopted cj and jennidfer from california nov 2012

Why Adoption is a Great Option

DAISY, a Carey Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever for sale in Carey, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Carey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Carey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Carey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Carey paves the way for another one to be saved.
