They don't get much goofier than this guy!!! Owen is so adorable that you can't help but love him!! He came in as a stray with a cocker spaniel buddy, but the cocker has since been rescued. Owen gets along great with other dogs and LOVES people!!! Owen loves exploring everything and introducing himself to everyone whenever he is allowed out at playtime - - he is a real social butterfly!!! Owen would be a great dog to have around kids and could keep them busy for hours with his antics!! (He actually thinks he's one of them!!) Owen is at a shelter in Arkansas with time running out fast. We think Owen is about a year old, he's very healthy, and we have no idea what his true mix is . . . do you??
