Sierra's Story...
Hi, I'm Sierra!. Are you looking for a pretty, affectionate girl to be the center of attention in your life?
I am very loving and affectionate and if you have the time to pet me all day long, then I am definitely the girl for you. I love to lay right by your feet and will turn my head around to look at you. I am so sweet you won't be able to resist loving on me. I know some basic commands like sit, down, stay, and off and also walk well on a leash. I like to carry a toy around everywhere I go and I really enjoy unstuffing them too. Between carrying my toys around and playing tug of war, I can keep pretty busy.
I would love to be part of a family that has time to give me lots of love. If you are looking for a great friend and companion, then I am your girl. I would love to spend my “Golden” years with a family that will love me and I have lots of love to give them in return. If you are interested in meeting me and making me a member of your family, please contact AZGRC and let them know you are ready to meet me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sierra, a Scottsdale Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
