Einstein's Story...
Meet Einstein...he came in as a stray last week and had apparently been on the losing end of a fight. Marie & Dr. Epps were able to care for his wounds plus started him on antibiotics and pain meds. His ear is a bit tender but he's a-ok other than that! Even when he was hurting he was still a complete sweetheart at the clinic. He loves to give kisses, he's already been neutered and is ready to start his new life. He does jump and gets very excited so he's not a good match for small children. He's been well fed and at 61 lbs is probably as big as he will get.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Einstein, a Bedford American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Bedford, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Bedford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bedford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bedford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bedford paves the way for another one to be saved.
