LOIS - Brains & Beauty
Lois was found with a litter of beautiful kittens and this is about the best momma cat we've ever seen. Now that her kittens have all been adopted, Lois has been spayed and she is very sad and lonely. She has so much love to give and is very unsettled in our Adoption Cottage around the other cats. She is still settling in and may be best as an only cat. Besides her gorgeous coloring and big green eyes, Lois has something else going for her. she is very, very smart! If you want a kitty to interact with, come and meet Lois and see what all the fuss is about.

THERE IS AN APPLICATION & APPROVAL PROCESS.
IF APPROVED, OUR ADOPTION FEE IS $75.00. FEE OF $125.00 FOR TWO (2) CATS ADOPTED TOGETHER TO THE SAME HOME. FEE INCLUDES VACCINATIONS, TESTING FOR FeLV & FIV, AND THE SPAY OR NEUTER OF THE CAT.
Note: We reserve the right to deny any application that may be unsuitable for the animal. Please be aware that our animal adoptions are NOT on a first come - first serve basis. Our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals in our care.

Animals in Distress is a 501c3, all volunteer, non-profit organization that has serviced the Mercer County area for more than 30 years. As one of the oldest rescue groups in the area, our primary focus has been the rescue of abandoned, abused and neglected cats and kittens.
