for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Bellini's Info...

I am up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Bellini's Story...
Bellini was born to a small rat terrier but looks just like a border collie so we are guessing she is a mix of the two breeds. Date of Birth, a guess, is about June 27th, 2012. We think she will be medium size when full grown. Bellini's foster mom calls her Oreo since she is black and white. Bellini/Oreo loves to play, is great with other dogs and kids, and is pretty social and friendly. We would love for her to have an active home with trips to the park and daily walks. We know she would love having a brother or sister to play with as well, but doggy friends that she can visit would be fine with us too.

The adoption fee is $200.00 and covers age appropriate vaccinations, spay/neuter, micro-chip, wellness exam, fecal, de-wormer, flea and heartworm preventative and any other various medical expenses needed.

To start the adoption process, please fill out this online Pre-Adoption Application Form or email raesance@gmail.com for an application or with questions.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bellini, a Metairie Border Collie/Rat Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Rat Terrier for sale in Metairie, or seeking a Border Collie/Rat Terrier puppy from a breeder in Metairie.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Metairie already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Metairie breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Rat Terrier breeders who help with Border Collie/Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Metairie paves the way for another one to be saved.
