My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Fantastic! Roxy is truly a dream dog. She was rescued from a high kill shelter, where she had been dumped through no fault of her own. Her original owner moved and gave her to someone who then surrendered her to the shelter. Roxie is very sweet, loves affection and will cuddle nicely with you on the couch or in your lap. She gets along with all sizes of dogs and should be ok with kids. There is not a mean bone in her body. Roxie will paw at the door when she needs to go out- she is housebroken, and crate trained. She is also trained to a PetSafe Radio fence. She is very happy little dog! Roxie is about 1.5yrs old so fully grown at 12.5 lbs. Heartworm negative, she is on preventatives, now fully vaccinated, spayed and micro-chipped.
Roxie loves being with her people but isn’t overly demanding for attention. To be honest, if we didn’t have so many dogs of our own already, we would keep her. She deserves a great fur-ever home where she will be treated like another member of the family. Interested? Please email her foster mom vivgraves@hotmail.com for more information and adoption application. Adoption fee of $250 to help defray veterinary costs to approved inside home only.
