My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Misty is a sweetie pie who didn't want to show off her big ears for the camera. When she is paying attention to something they perk right up, and they are BIG. They stand straight up, it's very cute. Misty didn't want her picture taken though, she just wanted to cuddle. Misty is a medium sized dog and is generally pretty mellow, she would do fine in an apartment or a house. Misty has been looked over as 'just another black pit mix' for too long, she is a great dog and will make someone very happy. Misty can keep up on strenous walks, but does okay with shorter walks each day too. She bonds quickly to her people and will become a little black shadow if you let her. Misty likes to play with other dogs and would do great in a home with another canine to keep her company. We aren't sure how she does with cats yet, but she is good with kids. Misty is a great dog who is happiest when she is on your lap.
