Andy ($250 Fee)'s Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Andy ($250 Fee)'s Story...
Andy is a 9 month old neutered male pit bull mix. He was found as a stray with his brother Barney, who is also available for adoption. Andy has had all of his vaccinations, is neutered, and is on heartworm preventative. He is a great dog that is ready for a permanent home!

He knows how to sit and walks well on a leash. He does well in a crate. He gets along well with other dogs. He has been in his foster home for 5 months now and we would really like for him to find a forever home, so we have reduced his adoption fee to $160 to cover his vetting and $140 to have him transported to a pick up location near you, which makes his total adoption cost $300 (unless you want to come to Tennessee to pick him up yourself!). He is a great dog and a great example of what a pit bull mix can be. Please consider him for your family! (AE)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Andy ($250 Fee), a Hagerstown American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer for sale in Hagerstown, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer dog from a breeder in Hagerstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hagerstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hagerstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hagerstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
