Flip is a young, happy-go-lucky and smart boxer mix of the smaller variety. This little girl was so special that the staff at the shelter (which has one of the highest kill rates in the country) made absolutely sure that a rescue group got her out. She impressed them with her spunk and intellect - she trains very fast. She adores any opportunity to run, chase or be chased - and needs that stimulation to tire her out and get her in her happy puppy spot. Flip also craves the approval and guidance of an Alpha packleader in her life as she seems to adore feedback and correction. She would make a great dog for anyone with an active lifestyle that involves running, hiking or even a sport such as fly-ball. She has impeccable manners on the leash without being taught! She walks a step behind and sits when you stop. She is also super affectionate and good with children and other happy and balanced dogs. She is NOT a barker but she does have a voice sometimes.

So, if you are looking for a little girl to motivate you into those morning runs or just a dog to suit your favorite outdoor activity - look no further than Flip! She is fixed, chipped and ready for her forever home.
