My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Charlie and his sister, Crickett were left at our rescue vet's office by a man that said they were dumped at his house during the night. The vet said they were close to death when they arrived. They had a red cell count of 8 - when it should be 60 in a healthy puppy. Both were infested with hook worms, fleas and were near starvation.

Charlie and Crickett spent a month @ the vet office and they contacted us to help find them loving homes. Crickett is a German Shepherd/beagle mix. She is small for her age ( 5mo. ) and that's due to the poor care early in her life. Crickett weighs aprx. 20 pounds. She is so friendly and is starved for affection now instead of food! She loves to sit in your lap, will walk on a leash and enjoys chewing on a nylabone. She plays well with my big dogs and small dogs in foster care. We will only place her in a home with older children because she is food aggressive. She is so food driven and loves attention , she would be easily trained to do tricks.

She is doing well with house breaking and is doggie door trained.

Crickett is UTD on shots and is Spayed.
She will be transported from Tennessee to the NE via Alpha Dog Transport upon adoption. They charge $125 for their services. They will also hand off all vet records at that time.
