Redford's Story...
Redford looks like a little fox due to his pointed face; however, we think he is a combination of Pomeranian and Daschund. Whatever he is mixed with, is a nice blend in personality and physique. Redford is a confident guy who walks well on a leash, is a nice car rider and very playful. He has the most beautiful ruby red rich coat this rescue has ever seen. Great with children, other dogs and even cats. Redford was also named for Robert Redford as he is so handsome and will melt your heart in an instant. He is yearning for a furever home. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Redford, a Sherman Pomeranian/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian/Dachshund for sale in Sherman, or seeking a Pomeranian/Dachshund dog from a breeder in Sherman.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sherman already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sherman breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian/Dachshund breeders who help with Pomeranian/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sherman paves the way for another one to be saved.
