Cokie--Pending's Story...
Cokie is our newest honorary dobe, a tiny little Beagle who is about a year old that was found running stray. So far she gets along with other dogs, though isn't always interested in them, and ignored the cats at the vet's office. If you're interested in this adorable little girl, please contact the rescue for more information. UPDATE: Cokie loves everyone and everything, she hasn't met a stranger. She gets along great with her foster doberman siblings and goes to doggy daycare, where everyone has fallen in love with her. She is very loving and affectionate and loves to snuggle. She's also crate trained. She is very small for a beagle and will need a fence to keep her wiggly butt from sneaking out the door. If you are interested in meeting this little sweetheart, please fill out the applicatio and note that you're interested in Cokie!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cokie--Pending, a New Richmond Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in New Richmond, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in New Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
