My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sassy is a tiny beagle mix brought in from an out of state shelter. She is about 12 lbs, and is absolutely adorable. :) She has gotten along well with other dogs, but can sometimes be territorial and resource guard with them, so it would have to be the right personality match with another dog. We would prefer experienced dog owners for Sassy, and she would be best as an only dog.
Sassy LOVES toys and is definitely a lap dog, so please - only true cuddlers and snugglers should apply! She is cratetrained and is working on her housetraining. A fenced in yard is preferred since she is not leash trained and is not voiding while on leash. She has done fine with car rides, and is just a great little dog who needs a forever home!
