My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Approx 11 week old Priscilla was found wandering around by herself in Central CA. Because shelters are a terrible place for puppies due to the risk of parvo and distemper, rescue was called to take Priscilla.

Priscilla is in a very crowded foster home. This means she has had lots and lots of dog socialization. (Her foster mom agreed to take her because one of her young fosters badly needed someone to play with. Priscilla has filled the bill nicely) She is a typical puppy in that she manages to chew on any inappropriate item she can get her teeth on.

Priscilla will sleep quietly in her crate all night. She's a confident, out going puppy that is quite sure that she is the cutest thing in the world and that everyone loves her..

Ideal applicants need the following qualifications:
Someone at home most of the day, homemakers and folks who work from home .
Previous puppy experience would be a plus.
Another small dog for play and companionship.
A very secure indoor place for the puppy to be when no one is at home.
Applicants must be between 21 and 65 years of age.
No children under 8 years old in the home.

Priscilla has been spayed, microchipped and she is current on her vaccinations. If you are interested in her please fill out the online adoption application at www.scdr.org.
