My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tonya arrived at New Moon on 9 August 2012 as part of an owner surrender of 6 baby bunnies. She was born on 10 June 2012. Tonya is spayed and available for adoption.

Tonya is still pretty timid but very inquisitive. She may initially run when someone enters her room but curiousity quickly gets the best of her and she will venture back out to see what’s going on.

Tonya is gentle and much less assertive than some of her littermates. She is a little lady and can be a bit shy, preferring to come to you on her own terms. Though when she is stretched out she would stay still while you pet her. Tonya is still working on her litter training. She just needs to learn not let her bum hang out of the litter box when she pees but she always pees inside her cage. Though she does let some poop go outside of her cage. Tonya rarely gets in trouble. She doesn't chew much and tends to be chill and relax. At the same time, she can also be pretty fun to watch as she does her binkies and sprints around a room.

Tonya can walk on hardwood they do prefer carpet and will spend hours sprinting, binkying, and checking out every nook and cranny. She won’t forget about you either and will often visit by coming over and hoping onto your lap to make sure you are paying attention to them. Tonya has also taken quite a liking to sea grass toys and will spend many an afternoon cozied up quietly nibbling on her sea grass basket.

Tonya would be great with a bonded friend but is hoping for one that is not too assertive with her as she scares easily when being bossed around by another bunny.
