My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Augusta is the cutest pint-sized shepherd- lab mix ever! This amazingly adorable 10 month old is super ready to be your best family dog and even your current dog’s new best friend! She could be the newest craze “mini-shep” and would love to meet you. Augusta is very obedient as well as super social (watch my video?!) She gets along great with other dogs, cats, and kids. She loves attention from you but also really enjoys her playtime with her dog buddies. Augusta is very outgoing and super affectionate, plus she is a real smartie! She is quick to bond and quick to get the hang of things. She is small, around 28 lbs, but is sturdy enough to handle play with big dogs- you won’t have to worry about stepping on this one ‘cause she moves fast! She is eager to learn from you and we think she would be good at agility or fly ball as she is fast and lithe…she can run and jump like a fawn! She is awesome in the house, quiet and settles down nicely. She is crate trained and house trained and is just about as perfect as it gets. Augusta can be described as hardy, lively and cheerful, but also watchful and alert. She doesn’t miss a thing! Augusta will keep up with you on any outing too. She is one very lucky girl as she was rescued out of high kill Georgia shelter and now is on her way to Washington State and her forever home. She is hoping her luck continues by finding an active, fun loving family to call her own. Augusta is spayed, current on all shots and micro-chipped.
