My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meow friends! I’m Reina, a beautiful, darling little princess. (My name actually means “queen” but I’d prefer to be called a princess since I’m so young!) I’m a sugary sweet 6-8 month-old cream domestic Short Hair tiger who was wandering the streets of Brooklyn until a relative of one of the LAP volunteers took me in. After a couple of weeks it became pretty apparent that poor little me was pregnant. I was brought to the animal hospital to be aborted and spayed. I also received my rabies vaccination and was tested negative for leukemia and FIV. I can describe myself as a pretty mellow gal. I love to relax on your lap or on your comforter and be showered with belly rubs and cuddle sessions. I’m also very eager to give away my soft kisses and talk to people. Unfortunately, my foster mommy could no longer keep me due to severe asthma and allergies. I would really like to go to a home without dogs, as I’m very frightened of them at this time. I’m now residing in a local kennel in Deer Park, waiting for my fresh start in life. Won't you be the lucky human who gets to take me home and love me forever? Please contact Lauren Jones with LAPH at (631)375-6062.
