Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tang's adoption fee is $350.
Tang is an 8 year old female Shih-tzu that weighs about 17 pounds. She has lost 2 pounds, and should still lose another two. She’s spayed, has had a dental, is up to date with vaccines and micro chipped. Tang has had some major issues with skin allergies over the last few years. She has been taken off the medication that the vets had put her on for the itching, and we have also changed her diet. Tang’s skin has improved greatly with her new diet routine. She also needs to be bathed frequently with special shampoo.
Tang has led a very loving life. She could not be a more loving and happy girl; she loves people and children. She’s a gentle soul that just loves to be around the family. Tang needs a family who will have time to walk her daily and work with her skin issues.
Tang is completely house trained and quiet and calm, except dinner time and when she sees the leash. She gets very excited for her meals, and is always hoping someone will take her for a stroll.
Shih Tzus can live a very long life, and a 15 to 18 year lifespan is not uncommon. So, please don't think of Tang as old - that would be far from the truth. If you feel that Tang would be a welcome member of your family, please drop us a line and meet this sweet girl.
