GRACIE's Story...
Gracie was left outside in a pen to starve without food and water. This sweet girl deserved better. We have her and she has gained weight and starting to look very nice. She loves everyone still. . This darling dog is about 7 yrs old. Her teeth are clean and she looks great. We need to find a home for her that will treat her with love and kindness. She is a small girl at 36 lbs making her the perfect size to fit into your family. she's not very demanding, just needs some love. if you can take this girl and offer her a life she has never had please email for an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

GRACIE, a Wakefield Labrador Retriever/Pointer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Pointer for sale in Wakefield, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Pointer dog from a breeder in Wakefield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wakefield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wakefield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Pointer breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wakefield paves the way for another one to be saved.
