Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Name: Thelma
Sex: Female
Age: 6 (2017)
Breed: Border Collie/Lab Mix
Temperament: Friendly, but shy at first
Good with Dogs: Yes
Good with Cats: No
Good with Kids: Yes
Thelma was saved after being dumped with her sister (Louise) at a young age. Louise was since adopted and Thelma is still at our rescue. She loves companionship of other dogs and loves to be outside. Thelma cannot be left alone outside. She does enjoy digging if bored. Although she loves the outdoors, she would love a forever home where she could cuddle inside. She is shy at first, but warms up quickly. She has the temperament of a sweet old lady and is rather delicate in her sensibilities.

All dogs coming from Peach County Animal Rescue are spayed/neutered and vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. Each dog is also heartworm tested and treated monthly with heartworm prevention. Our adoption fees range from $175-350+. On average, our fees are $250. Fees are higher for dogs that came to us with additional things like professional training (i.e. service dog, working dog). We look forward to hearing from you!
