Lorenzo's Story...
Meet Lorenzo this Saturday, December 15, between the hours of 1 pm to 4:30 pm at Petsmart, Yorba Linda, Savi Ranch, 5521 Mirage Street, adjacent to the 91 freeway and in the same parking lot as Staples. Lorenzo was rescued from the Devore Shelter by a veterinarian with a big heart for a big pup. He is tall, playful and energetic but not hyper. His very good nature and disposition make him a great candidate for a family with kids. He's very sociable with other dogs and is about 10 months old. He weighs about 55 pounds. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lorenzo, a Santa Ana Rhodesian Ridgeback/Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Boxer for sale in Santa Ana, or seeking a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Boxer puppy from a breeder in Santa Ana.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Santa Ana already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Santa Ana breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rhodesian Ridgeback/Boxer breeders who help with Rhodesian Ridgeback/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Santa Ana paves the way for another one to be saved.
