Martin along with his brother and sister were surrendered to a local animal shelter when their owner no longer wanted them. he is about 4 years old. Martin is a very sweet, eager-to-please Beagle who desperately wants a home where he'll be loved forever. He is fully vetted, HW negative and neutered. He is so laid back and not a big barker. He is being fostered in Manchester CT
