Jackie's Story...

JACKIE, beautiful Jack Russell Terrier, is now 6 years old. She came with us to High Desert Farmers Market last week and to Petco-Victorville yesterday and seemed to really enjoy herself. She is sociable, friendly, active, alert.  She'll be happiest with a dog her size and with her energy level with which to run and play in a safely fenced yard.  Jackie needs indoor-outdoor access.

Please go to our Homepage and read about our program. If you would like to meet a pet, please fill out our Application for Adoption, which is easily accessed, filled out and submitted right on line. After we receive your Application, we will contact you. Thank you for wanting to adopt a homeless pet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jackie, a Apple Valley Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Apple Valley, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Apple Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Apple Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Apple Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Apple Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
